The Oklahoma Joe's Tahoma 900 brings a fresh twist to charcoal smoking with an auto-feed hopper system that keeps the fire fed so you can settle in for a long, low-and-slow cook without constant tending. It's the kind of smoker grill that suits both weekend backyard sessions and more ambitious all-day briskets, giving you real charcoal smoke flavor without babysitting the fire every hour. Beyond the hopper, the Tahoma 900 connects to the OKJ app, letting you dial in and monitor cooking temps from your phone and pull up guided cooks and recipes as you go. It's a nice middle ground for folks who love the flavor of an auto-feed charcoal smoker but appreciate a little digital assistance keeping things on track. We carry the Tahoma 900 because it's a smart option for anyone stepping up from a basic charcoal grill into something built for longer, more hands-off smoking sessions, and we're happy to answer questions if you're comparing it to other smokers in our lineup.
