1. Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and the items you're ordering. If you reach us through live chat, we collect what you share there — typically your name, email and message — so we can respond.
2. How we use your information
We use it to process and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to support requests, and keep the records we're legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes. We don't use it for anything beyond that, and we don't sell it.
3. Payment information
We don't collect or store your card number or other payment credentials. Checkout lets you choose a payment method, and we follow up by email to arrange payment directly — your financial details never pass through or sit on our servers.
4. Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use cookies or tracking scripts. Your cart lives only in your browser's memory for the current visit and clears when you refresh or close the tab.
5. Third-party service providers
We share the minimum information needed with a few providers to run the store: Cloudinary (image hosting), Resend (order emails), Neon (our database host), and Tawk.to (live chat). Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it's transferred internationally.
7. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Live chat conversations are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and for basic support records.
8. Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you can access, correct, delete, or restrict how we use your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have similar rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we hold and request deletion. We don't sell personal information. 9. Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure — we can't guarantee absolute security.
