Charcoal Manager
● In stock — ships within 24h
If you like dialing in exactly how your fire burns, the Oklahoma Joe's Charcoal Manager gives you real control over your charcoal setup. The deep tray lets you arrange briquettes in different patterns depending on whether you're going hot and fast or low and slow, and lining the edges with wood chips or chunks helps build smoky flavor throughout the cook. It's an easy-to-use accessory for smoker and grill fans who want more say over their heat. Moving between direct and indirect cooking is simple since the tray slides into position without much fuss, and cleanup is just as straightforward: dump the ashes and you're done. A handy addition to your cooking tools for anyone looking to fine-tune their setup.
