30-day fire-it-up returns
Cook on it, season it, use it for a month — if it's not the right fit, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in resalable condition; we'll cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items.
5-year guarantee
Every grill and smoker carries a 5-year full-coverage warranty against manufacturing defects — bumpers, grates, seals, and all. Parts stay in stock for a decade past that.
