Cooking over fire is hard on hardware — heat cycles, grease, rain, frost. We only stock gear built for that — and we test it through two winters anyway. Every grill and smoker we sell is backed for five years from delivery. Registration not required; your order number is your warranty.
What's covered
Cooking hardware
Grates, burners, deflector plates, fireboxes. The parts that live in the fire are exactly the parts we cover.
Seals & motion
Gaskets, felt seals, hinges, dampers, lid springs. If it moves or seals, it's covered — including normal wear.
Shell & frame
Ceramic shells, steel bodies, carts and side tables. Cracks, rust-through and structural failure, all on us.
Not covered: cosmetic scratches and fading, damage from modifications, and consumables that are meant to burn — charcoal, pellets, smoking wood.

Parts ship free
Replacement parts ship from the nearest warehouse at no cost. We stock parts for a decade after a model retires.
First 30 days: fire-it-up returns
Separate from the guarantee — cook on it for a month, and if it isn't the right fit we pick it up and refund you. Details on the returns page.
