Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who may use this site
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you're confirming that's true.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We work to keep prices, descriptions and stock levels accurate, but errors happen. If we catch a pricing or availability error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything, and you're free to cancel at no cost.
4. Orders & payment
Placing an order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale — we confirm every order manually before it's final. Card and other payment details are arranged directly with you by email after checkout; we never collect or store card numbers on our servers. We may decline or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a stock issue.
5. Shipping & delivery
See Shipping & delivery for rates, timelines and international details. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns & warranty
See Returns & warranty for our 30-day return window and 5-year guarantee.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to scrape, copy or republish our content, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
8. Intellectual property
The design, text and software on this site belong to Emberly or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and use it to shop with us — copying, redistributing or reusing it commercially without our permission isn't allowed.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide this site "as is." To the extent the law allows, Emberly isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products bought through it. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for defective products under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, except where local consumer protection law in your own country requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date above shows when they last changed — continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
