Shipping & delivery
Every order ships from our US or EU warehouse, whichever gets it to you faster.
Rates
Free shipping on orders over $99 (US) / €99 (EU). Below that, a flat $12 / €12 shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days within the US, 4–7 business days within the EU. Large items (grills, smokers) may ship freight and take a few days longer.
International orders
We currently ship within the US and EU only. Import duties and taxes for EU orders outside the Netherlands are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise customs bills.
