For anyone who wants true offset-smoker flavor without giving up the convenience of a gas grill, the Canyon Combo DLX from Oklahoma Joe's puts both in one rig. Smoke a brisket or a rack of ribs low and slow on the offset smoker grill side, then roll over to the propane burners for a fast reverse-sear or a weeknight dinner when you don't have hours to spare. The upgraded DLX design adds extra cooking grates, cool-touch handles that pivot out of the way, an ash pan for easy cleanup, and sturdy wheels for moving it around the patio. A charcoal basket, tool hooks, a staging shelf, and a built-in fuel gauge round out a setup built for people who genuinely enjoy the craft of smoking as much as the instant gratification of grilling.
