For open-flame searing, a slide-plate flame broiler is worked from a front-adjustable control knob. Grill Connect⢠technology links the Lockhart to the Pit Boss Grills app over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, so you can track temperatures, monitor meat probes and manage the grill remotely.
