The Pit Boss FB2 Series PB500FB2 gives you 518 square inches of cooking space in a footprint that fits comfortably in most backyards, with room to spare for a full brisket or a weekend cookout. A digital control board with 5-degree increments makes dialing in your target temp easy, whether you're low-and-slow smoking or cranking things up. When you want that char-grilled sear, the Flame Broiler lever opens a direct flame path for high-heat cooking, adding real versatility to a grill built around wood pellet fuel. Run it on hardwood pellets for that classic smoky flavor, and take advantage of the hopper and dual meat probe ports to keep tabs on your cook without hovering over the grill. A bottom shelf keeps pellets and tools within reach, so everything you need for grilling, smoking, roasting, or searing stays organized in one place.
