The Ooni Koda 12 brings gas-powered pizza oven cooking to just about any outdoor space, whether that's a small patio or a spot on a road trip. It's a great pick for anyone new to outdoor cooking with pizza ovens, since setup is simple: unfold the legs, hook up a fuel source, and you're ready to cook. Instant gas ignition gets things going fast, with the oven capable of reaching up to 950°F in around 15 minutes. A precision control dial gives you real temperature control, so you can dial things down to roast meats or crank up the heat for Neapolitan-style pizza in about 60 seconds. Compact and light, it's an easy addition to any grilling setup for those chasing a proper wood-fired pizza experience without the bulk of a full smoker or pellet grill.
